i would delete all of mw and warzone, then install mw again, once thats installed press the enter button on mw and choose manage game and addons and install all addons that appear in that list, once all those are installed then you should be able to play multiplayer etc and you wont need to download warzone as its part of mw and will be on the mw main menu.
