This may not help, depending on what version you have, but Not enough items was replaced by Forever enough items for 1.8.9 and up see link below. The reason this may help you is that the core mod – code chicken – was replaced with – excore – and the plugin now requires this core mod plus the – just enough items – mod to run. links below. excore

In order to access the not enough items tab, you must change your gamemode to Creative+. If not, then the panel will not show up and you will only see normal vanilla Minecraft GUIs. To change to Creative+, you must either click the “Change gamemode” button on the top left corner of the panel.
