SPOILER: You only play with Rebecca when you have to save Chris from the poisoned by the Snake in beginning (first encounter), you then plays as Rebecca and you have to get the Serum. this is incorrect. you can also play as her to make the v jolt. however if i remember right this only happens if you DO NOT SAFE richard with the serum.
