DDoS attacks on the console version of Apex Legends appear to have become a widespread problem. Flooding someone with packets makes their connection go slower depending on how much packets are being sent. That’s basically what people are doing to make the server go slow
It’s a very simple attack, they DDoS the current server, overload it for say a couple of minutes then stop flooding it with packets, once they stop they can rejoin without anyone else in the game moving, giving them a lot of free kills/ RP.
