If it says “squad spot” for a medal or something, a squadmate just has to kill someone you spot. That can be done without even being thought about. Good players always spot before they shoot, and don’t engage enemies out of their gun’s range, or enemies that would clearly have them beat that don’t notice them. Just spot and move on.
