For PS4, that is the right stick on the controller as a default. Your character will then go into a slide. If you are on PC, this works exactly the same. Get into a sprint and build momentum then hit control. Unless you have moved you controls this is the default crouch command and will put you into a slide. You need to hold it ever so slightly.
