I’m having the same problem. I’m on Rogers LTE in Ontario with a variety of iOS devices (iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Pro, and iPhone 6s plus) running iOS 9 and 10. They can all connect fine to Realms over wifi, and are all unable to connect to Realms via cellular. All the proper swiches are set to allow cellular data, both in the app and in iOS settings.
