You can disband the club yes, if there is multiple people in the club you have to promote someone to the leader of the club before leaving
You can go to the club page, and press right (or scroll) until you get to the roster. You can press/click on his name, and it will let you give him the role of leader. Then you can leave the club. Hope this helped 👍
