It’s possible to select entities based on their NBT data (and hence specifically baby villagers) using the “nbt” target selector. In this case, I think /kill @e[nbt={Age:-1}] will do what you want the command to do, but I haven’t tried it myself so I can’t guarantee it.
If a zombie or a drowned comes across a set of doors with one open, it usually tries to go through the closed door. Both zombies and drowned either kill villagers or convert them to zombie villagers. The chance of the villager becoming a zombie villager upon death is 0% on Easy, 50% on Normal, and 100% on Hard.
