firstly ask for a refund with Microsoftb if that is where your billing is. IOf they won’t refund go to EA. They require screenshots as to proof of purchase. One of your microsift account and one of your EA game saccount. It takes a while to get iot out of them but they can look and see if any coins were allocated for that purchase.
