Seems to be 1 hit point per 5 damage done, so kill from 100% health = 20 hit points (hence you get 20 kill points for full damage kill). I assume you get 15 kill points for killing someone at 75% if you didn’t do the initial 25% but not sure about that. More hit points than kill points means you did damage to player(s) that you did not finish off.

Supplies depends on how rare the items are which you pick up during the course of the game. So say a Kar98k would get you more Supplies points then a UZI.
