I just picked up Lancer, but I have no clue/patience how to level it up asap. Any idea? FATEs, Duty Finder (levelling dungeon) and especially levequests. You should be able to average a level per hour at least. Also, don’t stop Lancer at 15. Take it to level 34 (Blood for Blood skill). You might want to take Marauder to level 26 as well.
