Battlefield 3 crashes when i join a server

Go to the Origin games folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3) and find Bf3.exe. Right click it and go to PROPERTIES, then COMPATIBILITY and check the box next to RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR. Run Origin as Administrator: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin and right click on Origin.exe and go to properties.

EDIT: Don’t try the fix Paladinchanmentioned, about deleting the files in the _installer folder. it doesnt work. the best way to fix this, is to login to battlelog and join a server. it will ask you to activate and the screen will dissappear like before. but afterwards you will be able to join a server normally.

What works for me is after selecting a server to join I click on the BF3 icon on the task bar and it loads probably twice as fast. I have tried as much as possible listed above in conjunction with each other. Nothing at all works.
